We are the official representatives of Palmira in Spain, a European premium tea manufacturer (Palmira Trade LLC) operating since 2011 with its own complete production cycle: direct import of raw materials, quality control at every stage, and in-house production and packaging. Since 2021 it has exported to the European Union, the United States and Moldova, and since 2024 it has had its own logistics hub and warehouse in Kraków (Poland), which speeds up supply within the EU, including Spain. As a wholesale tea supplier for hospitality, a hospitality wholesaler specialised in tea and a tea distributor, we are a supplier of loose-leaf tea, of whole-leaf tea and of loose infusions in Spain, with wholesale tea sales for businesses looking for tea for cafés, tea for restaurants and tea for hotels: tea bags or loose-leaf. We offer supplies for cafés, infusions for restaurants and sales of hospitality products, as well as for petrol stations, offices and beauty salons, with supply terms adapted to the Spanish market. We sell online throughout Spain: buy loose-leaf tea online, tea sachets and infusions, and hospitality products online, with orders placed according to the price list.
Where Palmira tea can be sold in hospitality and retail
The range is designed for different points of sale and service: cafés, restaurants, hotels, petrol stations, offices and shops or supermarkets. To avoid repeating the same photographs, here we show each channel together with the format that suits it best; later, in the catalogue, each variety appears together with its format.
Cafés and restaurants
Té-taza for single-serve cups, Té-tetera for teapots and Doypack for counter sales or for preparing large teapots.
Hotels
Té-taza caja for reception, guest rooms and complimentary areas; Té-taza and Té-tetera for breakfast or restaurant service.
Petrol stations and roadside stops
Single-serve formats such as Té-taza and display-ready packs for quick sales and takeaway service.
Supermarkets and shops
For direct sales, the main format is the loose-leaf tea Doypack, placed on a display stand or shelf.
General product information (applies to the entire catalogue)
Storage: 24 months from the packing date, in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and strong odours.
Preparation: water at 95–100 °C. Indicative brewing time of 3 to 7 minutes depending on the variety (spiced black teas usually need 5–7 minutes; green, fruit and herbal teas, between 3 and 5 minutes). The exact time is given on each product sheet.
Allergens: none of the catalogue items declare allergens among their ingredients.
Certification: production certified under ISO 22000 (food safety management system).
Why we speak of elite-category tea
It is not an empty label: it rests on concrete criteria that you can verify on each product sheet.
Traced origin by variety: raw material imported directly from the main producing regions — China, Ceylon, India, Japan and Egypt — not a generic mention of “black tea” and nothing more.
Recognisable ingredients: the published compositions consist of tea leaves, whole spices, petals and identifiable peels (cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel, cornflower petals...), not vague “flavourings” with no plant base.
European suppliers with a name and surname: natural flavourings come from Frey&Lau and Bell Flavors, the filter paper is German-made (Glatfelter) and the label cardboard is of Swedish origin (Metsä Board).
High-end references within the catalogue itself: alongside everyday teas there are more elaborate varieties, such as shade-grown ceremonial matcha or Tie Guan Yin oolong, usually reserved for more carefully curated tea menus.
Independently audited certification: ISO 22000:2018 management system certified by TÜV Austria, with initial certification in 2021 and renewed validity.
Backing of an established manufacturer: on the market since 2011, exporting to the European Union since 2021 and with its own warehouse in Kraków since 2024 — a track record of supply stability that matters to a business that needs to restock constantly.
Available packaging formats
The catalogue is organised into four packaging lines: loose-leaf tea for hospitality and tea sachets for hospitality, each designed for a different service point in your business. The Té-taza format for hospitality is designed for single-serve cups, while Té-tetera and Té-taza caja cover other service formats.
Loose-leaf tea — Doypack
Contents: 100 g per bag (75 g for the imperial teas).
Use: counter sales, preparation in a large teapot and visual display.
Presentation: sealed Doypack bag with whole-leaf loose tea.
Té-taza
Contents: 2.4 g sachets, 10 units per pack.
Use: single-serve in a 250–350 ml cup.

Té-tetera
Contents: 3.7–4.5 g sachets depending on the variety, 10 units.
Use: 400–600 ml teapot and shared tables.
Presentation: individual aluminium envelope.
Té-taza caja

Important: Té-taza, Té-tetera and Té-taza caja are also part of the supply. Doypack is the loose-leaf format for sale and display; it does not replace the individual formats.
What each individual sachet looks like (Té-taza and Té-tetera formats)
Each sachet is not just a tea bag: it is designed as a complete service piece, made for professional use at the table.
Individual packaging that preserves the aroma and freshness of the tea until the moment it is opened.
Composition printed on every sachet, not only on the outer box.
Branded tear-open seal, easy to tear.
Best-before date shown on every individual sachet.
Barcode on each sachet, useful for unit-by-unit stock control.
Holder tab shaped to hang on the rim of a glass as well as a cup or teapot, so the sachet does not fall into the drink.
Selected tea leaf inside, not dust or sieve leftovers.
Filling is done with state-of-the-art European equipment, adjusted by the factory's own engineers to guarantee the exact dose for each vessel: 250–350 ml for the Té-taza format (glass or cup) and 400–600 ml for the Té-tetera format (teapot).
Catalogue of varieties by category
Black tea
Loose-leaf black tea for hospitality, from classic blends to flavoured and spiced varieties, in a 100 g Doypack bag; several items are also available in sachets.
English Breakfast
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Classic blend of Ceylon, Indian and Chinese Keemun black tea. It is the reference combination for breakfast service: firm body, no floral notes competing with the rest of the menu, and good behaviour with milk.
Composition: blend of Ceylon, Indian and Chinese Keemun black tea.
Earl Grey
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Ceylon black tea flavoured with natural bergamot oil, with marigold and cornflower petals added both for aroma and for visual presence in the leaf. The citrus profile of bergamot makes it a common alternative to English Breakfast on menus that look for variety.
Indian single-variety tea with an intense flavour and amber notes. It is the fullest-bodied black tea in the catalogue, designed for those who look for a robust infusion that holds up well with milk or as iced tea.
Composition: 100% Indian Assam black tea.
Darjeeling
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
High-end Indian black tea, with floral notes and a fruity touch. It is traditionally served on its own, without milk, so as not to mask an aromatic profile that is more delicate than that of an Assam.
Composition: 100% Indian Darjeeling black tea.
Red Dragon
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Chinese black tea from Yunnan province. Belonging to the Dian Hong family, it is characterised by sweet, woody notes, with a smooth finish and no marked bitterness, typical of Chinese teas from this region.
Composition: 100% Chinese black tea from Yunnan (Dian Hong).
Magic Splashes / Champagne Splashes
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Blend of Ceylon black tea and Chinese green tea, with goji berries and strawberry pieces. The result is a lighter infusion than a pure black tea, with a natural sweetness provided by the fruit. In the catalogue it appears under two internal Palmira names depending on the format: “Magic Splashes” for loose-leaf tea and “Champagne Splashes” for sachets (Té-taza, Té-tetera, Té-taza caja) — it is the same product.
Composition: blend of Ceylon black tea and Chinese green tea, goji berries, strawberry pieces, cornflower petals, natural strawberry flavouring.
Shu Pu-erh & Lemon
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Fermented Chinese black tea (Shu Pu-erh), also known as red tea, with a citrus touch of lemon. Classic pu-erh is usually described with earthy notes and damp wood; the addition of lemon peel and natural lemon flavouring lightens that profile and makes it more accessible for those trying this type of tea for the first time.
Composition: fermented Chinese black tea (pu-erh), lemon peel, natural lemon flavouring.
Thyme
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Blend of Ceylon and Chinese medium-leaf black tea with thyme, orange peel, cornflower petals and heather flowers. It combines the strength of classic black tea with the herbal touch of thyme and a citrus background from the orange.
Composition: blend of Ceylon and Chinese black tea, thyme, orange peel, cornflower petals, heather flowers.
Masala
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Blend of Ceylon, Chinese and Indian black tea with spices: cinnamon, clove, cardamom, a combination of black, white and red pepper, and ginger. It is the chai-style spiced version in the catalogue, with a warm, spicy profile that pairs well with milk and honey.
Composition: blend of Ceylon, Chinese and Indian black tea, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, black/white/red pepper, ginger.
Juicy Mango
Black tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Black tea with mango pieces, saffron, cornflower petals and freeze-dried red fruits (blackcurrant and raspberry), with natural strawberry, blackcurrant and forest-fruit flavouring. The result is an infusion with a sweet, tropical profile and a fruity background more complex than a simple mango tea.
Composition: black tea, saffron, cornflower petals, freeze-dried blackcurrant and raspberry, mango pieces, natural strawberry, blackcurrant and forest-fruit flavourings.
Green tea
Loose-leaf green tea and wholesale green tea for cafés, restaurants and hotels: classic and flavoured varieties, and varieties with fruit or spices, also in individual sachets.
Gunpowder
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Chinese green tea leaves rolled into small pellets (hence its name, “gunpowder”), which open slowly on contact with hot water. Spicy, slightly sweet flavour, more intense than other flat-leaf greens.
Composition: 100% Chinese green tea.
Sencha
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Japanese green tea steamed during processing, which gives it an intense green colour and a smooth flavour with fresh herbal notes, without the toasted note of other Chinese greens.
Composition: 100% Japanese green tea.
Jasmine
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Chinese green tea scented with jasmine flower, with a lasting floral aroma that is kept both dry and in the prepared infusion.
Composition: Chinese green tea, jasmine flower.
Mint Fantasy
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Chinese green tea with mint, blackberry leaf, orange peel, dried apple, echinacea, Chinese rose and marigold and cornflower petals. It combines minty freshness with a floral and fruity background, designed as a light alternative to unflavoured greens.
Composition: Chinese green tea, mint, blackberry leaf, orange peel, dried apple, echinacea, Chinese rose, marigold and cornflower petals.
Green Darjeeling
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g

Composition: 100% Indian Darjeeling green tea.
Soursop
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Loose-leaf Chinese green tea with soursop pieces, safflower and cornflower petals, and natural soursop flavouring. Its taste recalls a mixture of strawberry and pineapple, with the sour, tropical note characteristic of the fruit.
Composition: loose-leaf Chinese green tea, soursop pieces, safflower and cornflower petals, natural soursop flavouring.
Moroccan Citrus
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Chinese green tea with lemon and orange peel, cinnamon, clove, peppermint leaves, pink pepper and rose petals, inspired by the Moroccan mint tea tradition. Fresh, citrus and slightly spiced profile; it can be served both hot and cold.
Composition: Chinese green tea, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon, clove, peppermint leaves, pink pepper, rose petals, natural lemon and orange flavourings.
Green Ginger
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Chinese green tea with ginger, pink pepper, papaya pieces and marigold and safflower petals. The natural heat of ginger combines with the astringency of green tea, giving a ginger tea with character, designed for those who look for something more than a neutral green.
Composition: Chinese green tea, ginger, pink pepper, papaya pieces, marigold and safflower petals.
Buckwheat Tea
Green tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Infusion made from roasted buckwheat grains (variety known as Ku Qiao), with no tea leaf in its composition. Smooth flavour, with notes reminiscent of oatmeal biscuit, toasted seeds and honey.
Composition: 100% roasted buckwheat grains.
Oolong tea
Loose-leaf oolong tea, a more elaborate category designed for more carefully curated tea menus.
Tie Guan Yin
Oolong tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
One of the best-known oolongs in China, partially oxidised with an intense floral aroma. It sits halfway between a green and a black tea, both in the colour of the infusion and in body.
Composition: 100% Chinese Tie Guan Yin oolong tea.
Milk Oolong
Oolong tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Oolong with naturally creamy and slightly sweet notes, with no need to add milk. A good entry point to the oolong category for customers who don't know it yet.
Composition: 100% oolong tea.
Herbal teas
Loose infusions, wholesale infusions and loose-leaf rooibos tea: herbal and rooibos blends in a 100 g Doypack bag.

Herbal tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
South African rooibos with a sweetish flavour, with notes of honey and a slightly toasted background. Available as loose-leaf rooibos, it is a common option for late-afternoon and evening service.
Composition: 100% South African rooibos.
Strawberry Rooibos
Herbal tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
South African rooibos with blackberry leaf and strawberry pieces, with a touch of “strawberries and cream” flavouring. It keeps the sweet base of classic rooibos, with a fruity and creamy profile added by the strawberry.
Broad herbal blend: lemongrass, chamomile flowers, rosehip, orange peel, mint and blackberry leaf, apple pieces, mate, orange blossom, echinacea herb and safflower and cornflower petals. A herbal with a soft profile, slightly sour from the rosehip and with a fruity background from the apple, with no tea component whatsoever.

Royal Dessert
Fruit tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
Blend based on hibiscus (Sudanese rose), rosehip, cinnamon, orange peel, cherry, clove and marigold and Chinese rose petals, with natural cherry flavouring. Composition: hibiscus, rosehip, cinnamon, orange peel, cherry, clove, marigold and Chinese rose petals, natural cherry flavouring.
Raspberry Dream
Fruit tea
Format: Doypack · 100 g
