Of course, the dough isn’t just rice—it also has additives that make it elastic, soft, and flavorful. Very flavorful! The charm of this dessert lies precisely in the dough. And yes, it must be fresh. On the second day, and especially the third, or after freezing, the dough becomes brittle, and the dessert loses its sweetness.
