3. Ordering Procedure
3.1. The Buyer may place an order through online platforms or at the physical store.
3.2. To place an online order, the Buyer must add the product to the shopping cart, choose a payment and delivery method, and confirm the order. Alternatively, an order may be placed via a message through Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, or other messengers, specifying the desired items, quantity, and price.
3.3. The Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation to the specified email, phone number, WhatsApp, or the platform through which the order was placed.
3.4. To place an order, the User must be over 18 years old.
3.5. To place an order, the User must provide all requested data during the purchase process, necessary for proper order processing.
3.6. To make purchases on the Website and to arrange home delivery, both the shipping address and billing address must be located in Barcelona.
4. Delivery and Pickup
4.1. Delivery is carried out through the platforms Glovo, Uber Eats, and Flowwow, within the coverage area.
4.2. Delivery times depend on the selected platform and are specified when placing the order.

5. Prices and Payment
5.1. Product prices are indicated on the website and social media, including VAT.

6. Returns and Exchanges

7. Liability of the Parties

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data when placing the order.
7.3. The parties shall be exempt from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. The Seller undertakes to comply with the Data Protection Act (LOPD) and GDPR.
8.2. The Buyer’s personal data will be used exclusively for order processing.
8.3. The Seller may send the Buyer marketing materials, notifications about new products, discounts, and promotions, provided the Buyer has agreed and subscribed to the newsletter.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in court in accordance with Spanish law at the place of residence.
