No Added Sugar Desserts
Not all of our lower-sugar desserts are the same, and we believe it is important to explain exactly what each option means instead of using one generic “sugar-free” label. Depending on the recipe, we offer three different approaches.
Recipes with Less Added Sugar
Our tarts and cheesecakes contain significantly less added sugar than traditional recipes — about 8% of the dough or batter instead of the usual 15–20%. This creates a more balanced dessert where the sweetness does not overpower the fruit, nuts, or other ingredients.
No Added Sugar (Only Naturally Occurring Fruit Sugars)
Some of our desserts contain no added sugar at all. Their sweetness comes exclusively from the natural sugars found in fruit, such as our banana cake and several strawberry and raspberry fruit fillings.
Sweetened with Erythritol and Stevia
We also prepare desserts with erythritol and stevia instead of sugar upon request.

If the erythritol content exceeds 10%, European regulations require us to indicate that excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. We always include this notice whenever it applies.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does “no added sugar” mean the dessert contains no sugar at all?
Not necessarily. It means we do not add sugar during preparation, but the dessert may still contain naturally occurring sugars from fruit. If you are looking for a dessert made without sugar as an ingredient, choose the erythritol and stevia version.
Do erythritol and stevia change the flavour?
Some recipes may have a slightly different texture or a mild aftertaste. For that reason, we evaluate each recipe individually before confirming your order.
